"This was the best service that I have ever experienced in Romania. No hidden taxes, no money taken from deposit as I have heard stories from people renting from some agencies. Fast, professional and meeting the client's needs. I have hired a Ford Eco twice from BDV, the car was amazing, I didn't have time to wash it and it was no problem at all, the agency washed it for me. I have experienced some difficulties on my journey and I have called the manager for help. His response was prompt and very helpful. I strongly recommend BDV "
